Through her company, Learn
Raw Food, she offers lectures,
classes, hands-on workshops, and consultations
in the Chicago area and internationally.
Jennifer was the
featured Enlightened Chef in the May 2004 issue
of Cooking Light Magazine, and her recipes have
also been featured in the Good Eating section
of the Chicago Tribune. Her first book, Raw
Food Made Easy for 1 or 2 People,
was published in September, 2005.
