Celebrate Indian Week With Well-Spiced Raw Food Recipes

Do you love Indian Food? I lived in India for a year after college (to study violin--a career I didn't end up pursuing). But in addition to studying music there, I fell in love with Indian food! I loved all the warming spices, and was crazy for the sweets.

The problem with cooked Indian foods is that they can be a little too oily and spicy for me. Plus they are often heavy on the dairy and grains. The following recipes are my favorite raw takes on my Indian favorites. I hope you love them!

Indian Carrot and Cucumber Salad
