Summertime, and Raw Living is Easy!

The arrival of summer always makes me want to share good times with others. So in the spirit of summer, I thought I’d share a favorite summer raw food tip and offer an awesome discount.

Spoiler alert: Great taste and great savings ahead!

I love eating a high-raw diet all year, but I find that raw food and summertime go together especially well. The days are longer, the sun is warmer, and nature itself seems to be saying, “Lighten up!”  Great fruits and vegetables abound, and eating them in all their uncooked, natural glory just feels in tune with this splendid season.

This year, I've been particularly drawn to one of my favorite summer sensations: mangoes. Their sweet, tropical flavor combined with a luscious, chewy texture and a color that's like sunshine itself makes mangoes an unbeatable indulgence.

So, if you haven't had the pleasure of a mango lately, I urge you to run out and get one, cut it open, scoop out the flesh, and savor every terrifically tasty bite.

While you're at it, you might want to pick up an extra one of these gems, because you can also use mangoes to prepare one of my favorite salad dressings. It's a mango and red pepper dressing that's light, refreshing, and refreshingly simple. Click here for the recipe and demo of Mango Red Bell Pepper Dressing.

A Natural Time to Try Something New

To me, eating my first mango in early summer always feels new and exciting. And for most of us, summer is the time to kick back, have fun, and try new things. If one of the things on your must-try list is to eat healthier, then why not make it part of a summer adventure?

An easy—and fun—way to do that is through my online course, Ready for Raw. This training will help you make lasting improvements so you can eat better and feel better not just for the summer, but for years to come!

Ready for Raw is…

An interactive online training with step-by-step instruction, recipes, videos, and Q&A—with me as your personal guide. It goes way beyond anything you could get in a recipe book or from a DVD recipe collection. In fact, this training isn’t really about recipes at all, though it’s loaded with good ones. Ready for Raw is about your life!

You'll Learn How To:

  • Adapt to and maintain a high-raw diet.
  • Set up your kitchen so it’s raw ready.
  • Make super smoothies and juices that enhance health and energy
  • Master raw veggie soups, sides, salads, and entrées.
  • Prepare raw snacks, treats, and decadent desserts.
  • Keep to a budget.
  • Stay raw when you’re on the go.
  • And much, much more!

You can complete all 15 sessions at your own pace, in the comfort of your own home.

"I recommend this course to anyone, whether they are just getting started or have been eating raw for a while. The class and the demos are easy to follow, the recipes simple and wonderful, and I learn a new technique each session. (I am finally able to roll sushi which stays together!!) And my husband is addicted to the Chocolate Ganache. I even amazed our children when they learned the Easter candy was “raw” and to die for!!!!!"

Do you accept European credit cards?  Sometimes American websites won’t allow an out of country billing address.  I would love to take this course! X
