Greek Salad

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 2 cups torn romaine lettuce
  • 1 Roma tomato, cut into chunks
  • 1⁄4 cucumber, seeded and cubed
  • 1⁄4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1⁄4 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Herb Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons sliced kalamata olives


Equipment

  • cutting board
  • serrated knife, 5-inch
  • chef’s knife, 8-inch
  • mandoline (optional, for thinly slicing onion)
  • salad spinner
  • measuring spoons
  • medium or large mixing
  • bowl
  • tongs


Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss well to combine. Serve immediately.
