Ingredients
- 2 cups torn romaine lettuce
- 1 Roma tomato, cut into chunks
- 1⁄4 cucumber, seeded and cubed
- 1⁄4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1⁄4 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Herb Dressing
- 2 tablespoons sliced kalamata olives
Equipment
- cutting board
- serrated knife, 5-inch
- chef’s knife, 8-inch
- mandoline (optional, for thinly slicing onion)
- salad spinner
- measuring spoons
- medium or large mixing
- bowl
- tongs
Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss well to combine. Serve immediately.
