Vanilla Ice Cream

Yield: 1 1/2 cups, 2 servings

This easy ice cream tastes so rich and creamy, you won’t believe it’s dairy-free. It makes purchasing an ice-cream maker worthwhile!


  • 1 1/2 cups Almond Cream or Cashew Cream
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or agave nectar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Dash salt


  • measuring cups
  • measuring spoons
  • medium bowl
  • whisk
  • ice-cream maker

Put all the ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk to combine. Freeze in an ice-cream maker according to the manufacturer’s directions. Serve immediately.
