Food Diet, I can also provide personal
chef services for The South
Beach Diet, Maker's Diet,
French Diet, Body Ecology Diet,
No-Grain Diet, Metabolic Typing
Diet, Ayurvedic Diet, Blood
Type Diet, Vegetarian/Vegan Diets, and
Spa Cuisine (Canyon
Ranch and Golden Door Spas).
Personal Chef Service
includes:
- initial phone consultation to determine your tastes
and nutritional needs.
- shopping
- prepping and cooking of dishes (in your home or
for pick-up)
- packaging, labeling, storage and kitchen cleanup
- instructions for serving
Prices:
Basic Service
$300 (3-hour session)
4 servings of 4 dishes
Full Service
$400 (5-hour session)
4 servings of 6 dishes
Deluxe Service
$500 (8-hour session)
4 servings of 8 dishes
plus an initial fee for glass jars and storage containers
(about $50), and the cost of the ingredients.
