Grapes provide sweet-tart flavor and health-supportive phytonutrients in this refreshing smoothie.
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups red seedless grapes
- 2 bananas
- 2 cups chopped Swiss chard or kale
- measuring cups
- rubber spatula
Place all the ingredients in a blender and process on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
