Don’t let the simple ingredient list fool you—this slaw is sweet, creamy, and irresistible.

Yield: 1 1/2 cups, 1 serving

Equipment

  • cutting board
  • chef’s knife, 8-inch
  • mandoline (optional)
  • measuring cups
  • measuring spoons
  • mixing bowl
  • rubber spatula


Place the cabbage, Sweet Tahini Mayonnaise, and dill in a mixing bowl. Toss well. Stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator, Dilly Slaw will keep for two days.

Note: To thinly slice the cabbage, use a mandoline or a sharp knife.
